Hey Kevin, What I have noticed in this weight loss industry is that there are alot of fad diets and different ideas. It is a 34 Billion dollar industry. One Doctor says one thing and the other says something else.Who do you believe? Well, I have been searching for this answer for 20 years and I believe I have finally found it. It is no quick fix and all it takes is the desire to want to be thin. What intrigued me about the Genetic Key is that this eating plan is healthy. Most diets tell you to eat splenda or even worse than that aspartame, or saccharin. Please check out to find out what these sweeteners can do to you. I deal with these health challenges with my clients everyday and this is one of the first things I tell them to look at. Some of the foods that are recommended in these other plans are not healthy!! Now one thing I do know personally from being a wellness consultant for the past 11 years is that if you eat things that are healthy you CANNOT be overweight. When I say healthy Im not talking about eating raw carrots and celery all day long

I am 100% satisfied with the foods that I eat. I do not want to binge, because my body is getting the nutrients that it needs. People crave alot of food because their body isnt getting what it needs in the amount they are eating. That is one main reason America is so overweight. In July of 2005, 61 million people were reported as being obese. We are not getting the nutrition in our food like we used to 50 years ago. With all of the processed foods and green farming. We now have 89 autoimmune dissorders, 50 years ago we had 2. If anyone is looking for the answer to PERMANENT weight loss it is so simple. There is no counting calories ( I sure dont want to do that the rest of my life) just healthy choices and great food. There are sweetners that are low calorie and good for you.
Now for the fiber......
Humans are only capable of digesting a maximum of 7% of vegetable fiber if their digestion is perfect, and almost NO ONE has perfect digestion. SO fiber is comparatively difficult to digest, and slows the rate of conversion of the carbohydrates into blood sugar. That's why fiber is low glycemic and will help you stay in the rate at which you burn exces fat!!! Remember Kevin, yes calories do play a part in weight loss. Clearly starvation will eventually reduce anyones weight, but reducing calories without considering the glycemic index will cause the body to burn muscle as food and not fat. This is because there is far more nutrition in muscle than in fat. Does'nt that just make sense!!!
What is the key to PERMANENT weight loss? Isnt it whatever you are doing to loose the weight you can do to maintain it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
