Hi, I am new and 20 yrs old. I was a size 7/8 in high school and thought I was FAT, now I am a size 14 so I am like OBESE!! I want to lose 40 pounds and fit into a 5/6 and look good in a swimsuit.
I finally have gotten my butt in gear and have joined Spa Lady just under 3 weeks ago. Though I haven't been able to go too hard core in that yet as we had to have a program set up which took up untill this week. (3 sessions) Then we still have a nutrition session for next thursday. I have done a few hard core gym time (the training sessions were more learning not really working out hard). I have done a few classes (spa ball) and a few work outs but will do more once totally set up.
I also have been eating SO much better. Not eating after 7, not eating junk, though I still don't know the best foods to eat (I don't really like alot of veggies or meat), but the nutrition session should help.
My days are quite hectic tho, here is an example of an ordinary day
6:30 Walk dogs for half an hour
7:15 Head off to work (eat breakfast)
8-5 Work (dog grooming) (eat snacks and lunch)
5:15-6:15 or longer Working out at the gym (eat supper some time after this)
6:30 At the barn tacking up my horse
7-8 Riding my horse
8:30 heading home
9:00 walk dogs for half an hour
so it gets a bit stressful at times and yet I have never been as commited with hardly any cravings.
thanks for reading
