Hello! I'm new too
I have been successful at loosing weight many times in my
Life as I have 4 kids and always gained substantial amounts of weight during pregnancy.
My biggest advice is consistency.
And watch what you eat. Weight loss is almost always about what you're eating.
I don't know what level of fitness you are at but walking is always a great way to loose weight.
