I hope to encourage others. I am 55 year old woman. I exercised like crazy all through the 70's and 80's, lifted weights, went to the gym 5 days a week and was buff until we adopted our baby from China. Now I want to get strong again for other reasons.. Like building strong bones and staying in shape to keep up with our active 8 year old daughter (Li Li)
We mostly walk and bike ride. Are there other women in their 50's in this forum?
