Hi I am New. Anyone Here over 50?

I hope to encourage others. I am 55 year old woman. I exercised like crazy all through the 70's and 80's, lifted weights, went to the gym 5 days a week and was buff until we adopted our baby from China. Now I want to get strong again for other reasons.. Like building strong bones and staying in shape to keep up with our active 8 year old daughter (Li Li)

We mostly walk and bike ride. Are there other women in their 50's in this forum?

Women over 50

I publish Goldivas.com, and internet magazine for women over 50, Goldivas.com - An Internet Magazine For Women 50+.[/url], and I think it's a safe bet that most of us are interested in weight loss. It certainly doesn't get easier as we get older. How unfair!
