Hi I am new and I'm trying to lose 2 stone!

Hi, I am 15 years old but I am 11 stone 8 pounds which is not my ideal weight so I am trying to lose 2 or maybe 3 stone.

Realistically, if I am doing about an hour of exercise every day (running and aerobic workout); and also drinking a lot of water and having a much healthier diet (such as 5 small meals a day rather than 3meals with chocolate and crisps in between). How long do you think it will take me to lose 2 stone? (Bearing in mind I am 15 years old and may stray from the healthier diet now and again!!)

Welcome to the WLF,
It's so hard to say how long it takes to lose weight. The average thought is 2 pounds a week (1kg?) is about right.

I think the most important thing is not to worry about how soon or when it's all going to come off, but simply learning to live day by day with a new eating and life style attitude.

The good eating and cardio look like a great plan, but you might consider having a couple days of strength training thrown in as well :)
