HI Everybody,
A little bit of myself:
I am 30 years old, 5"4" and currently 171 pounds.
As long as I can remember I always had trouble with my weight. I was overweight (although not significantly) in my teens and it just got worse from there. My downfall is sweets and no portion control. And on top of it I am a vegetarian!! I must be the "unhealtiest" looking vegetarian out there
I was a yo-yo dieter. I lost and gained, I lost and gained.
In 2004 to prepare for a very much wanted pregnancy I lost 20 lbs, and was 150 lbs for all about 2 months. Before I realized it I was 170 again and pregnant. I was out of control during my pregnancy. I ate ice cream just about every day and definetely did not watch the portions.
Long story short, my daugher was born in July of 2005 and after the initial weight-loss i was left with a whooping 205 lbs. i remember the initial shock i had when i finally weighed myself (I refused to weigh myself during pregnancy).
It has been two years and I lost almost 30 lbs since then but most of these lbs came off in the last 8-9 months.
About a month ago i finally reached 164 lbs and fell off the wagon. Before I knew it I was back into 174.
I think I have a pretty good program going for myself, although sometimes I find it hard to stick to it. I do calorie-counting on Fit-day and exercise 5 times a week. The weight loss have been around 1lb/week when I stick to my program .
I joined here to void falling off the wagon and be more strict about keeping on track. I would like to join one of the challenge groups that would keep me on track.
i am looking forward to get to know you all and be a part of this wonderful community. ( I have been lurking around here for a while before this post.)

My goal is to be 145 pounds by the end of September. I think it is doable if I up my exercise program a little.
