I'm so happy that I came across this website. I've never been a member of any group in my journey to weightloss and health, so I pretty much do it all alone. That hasn't worked very well for me so far
so here I am.
Here's my story, I've been working out on and off for about 2 years now and initially lost 12lbs (from 187 to 175 at 5'6"). But ever since then, havn't lost a pound haven't gained one either but I figure I must be doing something wrong so I NEED help. I'm trying to figure out how to maximize me workouts. My knees ache for weeks after I run for 2 to 3 wks straight so I figure maybe running isn't for me. If that is the case, what is the proper way to get enough cardio to ensure I'm loosing weight. I'm not averse to weight training, infact I love it, but maybe I need help on how to do that more efficiently.
