My name's Nicky. I'm 34 yo male and from Ireland. I've been reading up on many threads on this forum and have to say the support you give to people is inspiring. I started a thread recently and although I'm a relative newcomer alot of the info I had was incorrect. You people have have informed me of the correct way to proceed and for that I thank you.
My stats are: Height 126cm, weight 73.5kg, BMI 25ish, BMR 1750, Fat % 18.7%.
Fat% Right leg16.6%, left leg 16.7%, Right arm 12%, Left arm 12.5, Trunk 21.3%
For years I've battled with my weight going from 65kg to 81kg in my adult life. Seems I've always gone up and down, depending on diet and training. Well not really, it's gone up and down because of me and my attitude to diet and training.
Anyway later on today I will be starting a new training plan with FBW workout MWF giving extra treatment to my trunk and an hour on the cross trainer T&T. I will switch this every few weeks with a 3 way split M-Chest & biceps, W-Back & triceps and F-Shoulders & legs.
My diet is pretty good during the week and I'll be making extra effort to stop the weekend junk splurges.
Before I sign off I'd like to thank Chillen for the emails and everybody who replied to the previous thread from a really shy guy, it meant alot.
