Hi everyone !

i'm alice and I live in England....


i've joined this forum as a serious kick up the bum. Recently i'm feeling really down about my looks and my clothes are starting to tighten up on me


i'm going on my first holiday with my boyfriend on the second week of September and need to feel comfortable in swimwear ect.

at the moment i'm hoping to lose 2 stone in 3 months, has any one accomplished this?
