Hello guys,
I'm new here (Obviously), and I'm embarking on my weight loss journey, again. I'm one of those yo-yoers, not dieter, but exerciser. I lack motivation sometimes, and I'm hoping that you guys on here will be able to help me.

Hey and welcome!

Yo-yoing is very bad because you usually end up with more body fat% than you started. You probably know that anyways!

Good luck this time around and if you want any help, advice, motivation etc I'm willing to help in any way I can.

Welcome to the club. I've yo-yoed too....and like prodigy said...the weight seems to come back worse.

So this time I am doing it slowly and comfortably. About a pound a week. Im not here to race anybody....but I hope to keep the weight off for good.

If ya need some chit chat...I'm always in and out here.
