Hi all,

I was wondering i start excercising alot more lately i have a decent condition.

Last week i trained at football practice for 1 hour on tuesday went to the gym wednesday/thuersday/friday on wednesday i ran 7 KM on the treadmill on speed 9,3 km/h (45 min constant speed) Thuersday i did half an hour 4 KM in total and 5 KM on the bike machine.
On friday i did 7 KM again is this enough excercise? or should i do something different i dont find the running boring at all but am i doing it right as doing it at a constant speed or should i do interval training.? (for losing weight that is)
