Hi all,

New to the forums, not new to weight loss. I've been overweight to some degree or another for the majority of my life. I also have PCOS and some insulin resistance issues that can go along with that, which can make weight loss difficult, so it really helps me to limit processed carbs/sugar.

My biggest problem with losing weight has always been motivation. I joined a weightloss forum yrs ago and the support helped me a ton! Hoping to find something similar here. :)

I've been pretty good this past week. Managed to lose 3 lbs and have kind of been able to refocus, which has been nice. I'm feeling pretty good atm. Just don't wanna lose that momentum!

5'6"
Goal: lose ~ 40 lbs by August 1.

Good luck with your goals! 40 pounds is very ambitious, hope this forum helps you stay on track! I'm hoping it does for me!
