First of all let me introduce myself, as my username suggests my name is Richard, I am 23 years old, 5t 11" (178cm?) and currently living in Portsmouth. I weigh about 97kg , Waist size of between 38-40 depending on which shops I go to however prior to uni I was a 36 so its quite disheartening to be at this size. However it took my 9 months to go from a 42 inch waist to a 36 before I went to uni so I know what being at this size is like and I know it is possible to lose the weight.
However I have come to this site for a bit of support to help me on my way, I never really managed to get an physical definition or good shape to my body when I lost my weight last time, this time I want to achieve a good shape and some muscles which I lack at the moment.
I am committed to losing the weight and this time keeping it off, I start my new Job in a very fashionable area of london on June 18th and I am looking to lose trousers sizes more than weight before I start.
Hopefully I will track my good progress on here! I could use some help getting started with a good diet and some basic muscle exercises as both I know little about, especially exercise regimes to gain good muscle size and definition. I dont want to be a superman just basic size so I dont feel like a weakling when trying to lift things!
