Hi,
just turned 22 last month and have decided to change my life and lose some weight. Im currently looking into buying myself a treadmill and walking for 30-60mins a day. will update this post later on.
welcome to the site.. walking is a great way to lose weight - there've been a bunch here who've been successful with that as a part of their exercise plan combined with healthy eating.
