Hi Everyone,
I found this site last night, looks like something I could really use to help me get the weight off. I did have a question, I noticed many of you have a weight loss ticker at the bottom of your page. I have one but how can I get it to show up at the bottom of all of my posts? Looking forward to chatting and losing with all of you!

Korrie did a sticky for it in the newcomer section. It is always well worth reading all the stickies - they are really helpful things that virtually everyone wants to know.

It is probably worth you having two sessions open so you can read it in one session while actually doing the commands in the other session.
