Hi From Tim in Sydney Aust

Hi there, my name is Tim, I am 47 and live in Sydney. I am retired and have lots of time to train, but it was not allways that way.
I have only recently(This year)begun training again,after many years in the wilderness.
I Train about 2 hours per day,1 rest day per week usually Saturday. Training includes powerwalks/runs, cycling and cardio at the gym.
