Hi from the Philippines!

Hello all,

My name is Jigs. I've just started working out for like almost a month now. I'm 5'4" weighing 130lbs. My goal is to gain weight.. a bit maybe and then grow lean muscles and of course.. lose that buddha belly.Ü I workout 3 times a week as most people have advised me. I've also created a Blog to keep track of my progress and of course to let everybody learn from my experience. I've also upload my pic so that people could see a step by step development. Hope you enjoy reading it. Sure could use all of your inputs.
