I have been a long time lurker on these forums and have found a wealth of information. The success people have been having here is really motivating for me.

I am 4 feet 11 inches tall and weigh 101 pounds. It sounds really low but I know I have above average body fat becuase I can pinch more than an inch so to speak. I have at least three rolls of fat on my stomach when I am sitting and it is starting to get to me.

When I got married I put on 10 pounds and it really affected me, I have very bad knee pain and pain in my sides that hurt soo bad I would cry when I tried to sleep on my side. Luckily though adjusting my diet I lost that weight. Never again will I put on that much weight it was very painful.

I also have PCOS which I know a few women also suffer from here. I definately am not taking as much control of my diet as I should be, but from today I am starting to do something about it.

I have also started working out from today. I have an eliptical machine and weights at home and also many exercies dvds.

I was wondering if there are any people who work out morning and evening?

I really want to push to loose the extra fat. I am a stay at home houswife at the moment so I have the time to work out twice a day.

So far I am thinking of doing an exercise dvd in the morning and then 30 mins on the eliptical and weights with ab workout in the evening.

Its really good to be here with so many people who have struggled with weight or just want to be healthy and are going through the process to of weight loss.

I know if I can loose the extra fat I am carrying I will be a lot happier. It depresses me sometimes and its about time I tackle it instead of feeling blue about it.

Wow 60 views and not one reply. I wonder if I wrote I was 4 feet 11 inches and weighed 160 pounds I might have got some.

Point being that I am a tiny person, and just a few pounds on me can and is having an impact on my health. I have PCOS, insulin resistance, high cholesterol ( which I have brought down with healthy eating). And no I am not "skinny." 101 pounds might seem really low but not for a person my height.

Oh well never mind, I will still read the forums here because I find them really helpful and encouraging. The success stories on here are truly inspirational.

Hi Henna - I'm pretty new here and my stats are nowhere close to yours - 5' 4" and 278 lbs. - but I think there is such a wealth of information here that everyone can find something helpful. I also know that everyone's body is different - 101 lbs seems tiny to me but only you know your body - and I think that its great that you are wanting to exercise and get in shape. Best of luck to you.

Thanks Sallybean. I appreciate your reply. I guess I was feeling like I wasnt taken seriously. Maybe if I posted a photo people might understand better what I am talking about.
