Hi from Northern Ireland

Hi,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 32 year old female who used to be very fit but due to medical stuff I have unfortunately lost a lot of it! I have a sports degree and used to compete in various outdoor individual sports and my current loves are mountaineering, horse-riding, moutain biking and trying to keep fit in general(trying being the operative word).

I'll explain all about my situation in future threads in which I hope you can all give some good advice. My main goal at the minute is to plan and follow a progressive fitness plan in order to be fit enough to do an Everest Base Camp Trek over 17 days for charity in April 2008 (all this with a minor heart condition!)
