Hi everyone. Great forum! I have lost 46 lbs and am still going! Just here for support, research and sharing!

I forgot to mention I am moving to Florida in a few months and am very excited about getting a beach body! Mississippi is the fattest state in the nation and since moving here 3 years ago I have learned why. Food selection is horrible even at big grocery stores. :banghead:

Can't wait to move!
