Hi everyone. I'm sure I have at least 80 pounds to loose. I'm getting tired of not having any energy...wanting to sleep all the time and no energy to do anything.

I just decided today that I am on the search for a good diet pill to help me. I know that I need to follow some kind of program also.

I have been over weight most of my life. I will be 52 next month. I've lost weight, but have never been able to keep it off. My downfall is sweets, (chocolate).

I was starting to search through messages as a guest, then said what the heck...let's register. So here I am...now I will go to reading.

Have a good day,
Linda Nelson

Hi Linda, and welcome! I used to live in Idaho...of course it's a big state. lol

I don't know of any diet pill other than Alli..and that one has the danger of soiling your pants as a side effect so I haven't tried it.

I do understand being tired, but exercise does help that. Since working out, I'm pretty sure I'm sleeping about 60-90 minutes less per day. It seems like the more you do, the more you feel like you can do. The less you do, the less it feels like you can do.

I'm about your age, but salty snacks are my downfall.

Good luck!

Hi Judyb. I did dig out my green tea/hoodia pills. Took one while I was getting dinner ready. I know I ate less and feel fuller than I usually do.

I just have to stick with taking them. I've read on the Alli. Sounds like a really scary diet pill. Not for me.

I manage a C-store...so I can't be running to the bathroom all the time. Customers don't seem to care that I might need to use the restroom during my shift.

I've been reading a little bit on here. Lots of information.
