Hi from England,

I am a keep fit senior (age 62) who enjoys going to the gym 5 times a week. I do a weights circuit on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (from Men's Health Magazine and which includes intervals) and a bodyweight and interval session on Tuesday and Friday. Cannot run now as I had a stroke 8 years ago which has left me with a limp. Prior to that my best marathon time was 3hrs 14min 26 secs.

I am 6 foot tall and weigh 172lbs and 8 ounces and my body fat is too high at 15%. Ideally would like to get it down to around 10%.

Looking forward to membership of this site and getting to know you guys, especially anyone who is a baby boomer like me.
