Hi from dreary PA

Hi,
My name is Jon, and I live in Butler, PA.
I used to be a long distance runner. Around 2000, I switched over to all weight lifting. I've always been trying to add on muscle mass, but always have a hard time keeping any on.
The biggest I've ever been was 6'3", 200lbs. My max dead was 300, squat (not full) at 400, and bench at 250. I do not lift those kinds of weights anymore, as I work out solely at home. I have a full time job and it's too hard to balance everything, sometimes! I also am more commited to overall health now, instead of only adding mass.
I do, however, always try to get stronger and stronger.
I am in the process of finishing up my home gym. This weekend I'll finish my homemade pulley system - a makeshift lat pull down - and hanging my pull up bar in the rafters. I am anxious to try chin ups as part of my bicep workout, as I've never done that before. I have trouble adding any mass to my bis, so I'd like to see how that goes for 4-6 weeks.
