Just throught I would say hi to you all ...... I am always looking for any info on training tips and diet . My go is to loss about another 5-7 kgs .... have no idea what that is in pounds guys !!!!
I am after some different cardio ideas , feel free to drop me a line
. I have just started spin classes and they are unreal , always are the unuasl way of getting fit !!!!:p
 
5-7 kgs * 2.2 = 11 - 15.4 lbs
.. i'd give a big shout out, but since you guys are hitting it off way over there (or under there - hahaha - bad joke) ... i won't interrupt any further.

i'd love to give you some tips on cardio, but hey - you are way ahead of me. I'm happy when I get myself to take a walk:rolleyes:
