Hi,
Thought I'd pop in and say Hi. I'm from Australia and just recently started working on losing weight. I've got a bit to lose and thought this site might be good for motivation and any tips and hints.
I'm currently walking 3-4 nights a week and taking one gym class - Body Balance. I'm trying to get a personal trainer at the moment, but it's hard with my life style. I work full time in Sales, then straight after work I teach singing 6 days a week and then on Saturday nights I sing in a band! So my life is pretty full on. But I've decided losing weight must be number one priority for me now!
