Hi, over the past 6 months I've become increasing unhappy with my figure and fitness, so have signed up on here for tips and chat.
Initial plan is to work out a good 4 week intense program to get me to a weight and size I can maintain via 2 or 3 cardio and 1 weight session a week. After christmas I start a new job that will limit my work out times
which is why i've now decided to kind of blitz it hard for a few weeks and then maintain. (I'm sure someone will pop up pretty quick and tell me thats the wrong thing to do!)
It's not just about the look and self confidence, I also play football (American) but have had a few knee problems of late, that I put down to my weight and have decided to move into coaching at the end of summer and want my last season to be a big one!
