Hey all I'm Dan, I'm a total noob to going to a gym. I finally was able to get a gym membership last week and I've been working out and trying to eat right. At my gym we get a free appointment with a personal trainer. He checked by body fat percentage it was scary, 27%, yikes! He told me I should focus on stability and balance for about 3 months, then agility and flexibility for another 3 months, then strength and power for 3 months. So that's what I'm doing.
