*Pops head up...takes a look around* ...Hi everyone :) I thought I would introduce myself to you all.

I won't bore you all with my battle of the bulge I've been battling for the past 5 years. This time I'm going to lose the weight the right way and put a stop to the constant yo-yo dieting and trying every quick fix fad diet under the sun. I am going to lose this weight once and for all, the right way by counting cals and exercising.

I currently weigh 77kgs (169 pounds). My goal is to lose 17kgs (37 pounds).
