Hi from a newbie

Hi,
Just got back from a 45min walk.....havent exercised for a while.
Cant believe 20kg has crept upon me over the past 4yrs.
Very determined to lose the excess lard.........Its nearly beach weather and I love to swim...but to self concious atm to bare.....
Hope to get some inspiration on this forum

along with making healthy food choices and the weight will be

welcome to the forum! i understand completely how the lard sneaks up on you..that's just happened to me and i'm totally paying for it now. keep up the walking, watch what you eat and drink TONS of water. it should be gone in no time at all.

Yup...that weight can sneak up on you when you aren't paying attention! Just be glad you caught it before it was piles of extra weight! Welcome to the forum!
