Hi, my name is Woo and I am starting again with the Cohen diet, I successfully lost 38.4kgs 2 years ago went from 108.4kg down to 70kg on at frame of 5,11" I was more than pleased. However unfortunately I did not keep the weight down and found myself recently weighing 119kg of which I have lost 10kg and am back down to 109kg. I have a long road ahead, to which I am positive, however whilst on this road, I would like to come up with some good ideas of maintaining my weightloss at the end of the programme, because I really don't think I can do it again after this time. Any ideas would be most welcome
