As I'm new here, I thought I would just introduce myself.
My name is Jules, I live in Leicestershire in the UK. I'm 39
and I have 3 kids aged 17, 14 and 2.
I have just joined my local gym, and I am the most positive I have ever been about getting fitter and losing a bit of weight.
Those are my goals, and they are in that order.
I want to be fitter, I have put 28lb
on over the last 2 years as I have a very sedatory job (drive sit drive sit) and I do not like the impact this had had on the way I feel
I have tried diets - I don't stick to them (I forget), so the weight loss has been demoted to second place for the time being.
My main goal is to be fitter.
I have joined the local gym and as well as attending there twice a week I am going to aqua aerobics and a yoga class.
I am going to do this -
