20 year old male

6' and half almost 6'1 - 210 pounds

Medium Build

Now dont get all to carried away when i tell people i am 210 they cant believe it. Its almost like its perfectly distributed or something.

I used to lift and goto the gym everyday, for the past 1.5 years i guess you can say i let myself slide i think 2 years ago i was around, 190 ish thats 20 extra pounds, kinda alot.

But as i said you would never look at me and think i was any bit overweight but yea, with my short off my stomach is per se not flat but nowhere near like coming out far etc etc, but still this is something i want to work on asap

So i would like to get back to 190 as soon as possible in a healthy manner and then use the extra fat to turn into muscle.

but yea i cant evne begin to understand how at 210 i dont look seriously overweight.

even 190 is like 20 pounds over the normal or w/e but any smaller then 180 i would look very skinny i would think and i would like some extra fat to turn into muscle easier then having to regain it.

i drink most likely 10-12 bottle of water a day. I have a horrible diet that is not compensated by proper exercise at the moment.

working on the whole eating right thing as we speak. Kinda hard when its nothing but heavy high calorie mexican food (El Paso Texas)

but as i said working on that i guess the traditional "frutas y Hortalizas" will work, i just gotta develop a plan and stick with it.

Ok any recommendations would be great.

huh? you said your diet is horrible and you don't exercise. so...i think you have your answer right there. read around the sticked threads on nutrition and exercise. and remember, exercise cannot compensate for a crappy diet!!!

Just because you are in El Paso, Texsa doesn't mean there is only Mexican food. You can go to the grocery store and buy fruits, veggies, etc. First thing I would say is lay off the fast food, because that comment made me assume that is all you are eating in El Paso. Second, you can't turn your fat into muscle. You have to lose that and develop the muscle underneath. The first thing you should do is discipline yourself. Change your diet, attitude, and get into the gym a minimum four-five days a week.
