Whats going on everyone !?!

I started losing weight in 2006 when I maxed at 264.5 lbs. I seen a low of 190 but currently I'm 206.4 down 5lbs from last week

My plan is to track calories max 2000
Full body workout (weights) 3x week
Treadmill 3x week

Anyways hi all and wish everyone good luck
 
Back again.
Been gone for awhile not really caring about weight loss and the BANG!
Yup put the weight on. Last I checked I was 236 so it's time to start.
Looking back I realize that feeling healthier is worth the effort because starting over sucks. Seems like there is always another " I'll start tomorrow".
