Hi Everyone

Hi,
This is Puneet from India, new to this group.
Well I am 28 , 5'11'' and 80 Kg(yes overweight).

Though I am bit overweight since i remember :) but had maintained my weight & fitness level in past few years.
But off-late since last 6-8 months , kind of missed my daily workouts & physical activities so gained some weight.

So here i am to get some motivation, some tips & techniques.

My first goal is to loose weight to reach to ideal level (70-72 kg) like 1 year back. Then further build muscles and maintained a healthy life styles.
