Hi Everyone

Hello, I’m 23 and 5’ 5” and weigh 132 pounds. I’m in the military so already in good shape. Mainly looking to bulk up not huge or anything just not be the smallest guy I know. That and I’ve never been on a forum before so I figured I’d give it a shot with something I at least know a little about lol.
 
Right now I'm just trying to up my calorie and protein intake and moving from more cardio focused workouts to weight training. Thought about supplements but have been told everything from the work great to they are a total waste of money. So still trying to research the whole supplement thing more.

It "depends" on which supplements you are considering to purchase. A large majority (over-the-counter) are a waste of money, but there are a few that are good. Can answer any questions on supplements for you?

I've been looking protein powders. Can you suggest any brands that may be better or worse than others. Or are they all similar?
