Hi everyone. I joined hoping to soak up some of the wisdom and training advice from everyone here and hopefully make a better move towards being in better shape.
I currently don't have access to a gym and the only real equipment i own is a pair of sparring gloves.
I want to take up Muay Thai and Boxing but i think i need to improve myself physically. On top of that i would like to lose the extra weight and gain more muscle. (If i'm gonna train i might as well aim for the extra perks too ^_^)
I'm 20, 6'0 and the last time i weighed myself i was 175. My stamina and strength isn't poor but i need to improve on them as they can't be superb
