Hi Everyone!

im new to the forums..

ive decided i need to lose a bit weight, Im New to this so any help would be great!

Im 18 yrs old, 19 soon, im around 5 ft 9/10, i weight around 14 stone, i am quite broad and have quite big arms, but recently ive been feeling quite uncomfortable about my somach and hips.

I cant really say what i eat cos its always something different, never really healthy but some times i do like to have a healthy meal!.

basically what i need is an effective way of loosing weight, i.e exercise and diet

i dont always have time to go to the gym so some exercises in the house would be great too

Read the stickies in this forum on how to perfect your diet and eat correctly for weight loss.

As for excercise, look at some of the other forums. The Weight Training section will have a lot of tips.

After you've read and looked around, come back and ask as many questions as you want and I'm sure some guys here will be happy to help
