Hi everyone.

Armydog checking in. The reason for me joining this forum is to shed more light on what I am doing wrong as far as eating and fitness. I do go to the gym and I do lift weights, but it seems that I am not getting the results that I am looking for.

So, what I will do this week is record my fitness and eating, and put them up for everyone to see so I can get some opinions on what I should do or change.

I'm 6ft 228lbs. I don't think that I am a big guy ( I could be in denile ). I am trying to get rid of the keg that I have for a gut, lose the love handles and shed fat off of my chest. I have size, I'm just ready to tone up.

Welcome to the forum!

You can make a journal thread in the appropriate section of the forum and you can put your diet and training information in that and ask questions. Alot of forum members see these logs and this would serve you well.
