Hi everyone

I'm the new guy...I pretty have much have a forum membership for most things I have interests in. That being hockey, mma, music, travelling and gaming. Now I need to give back more time to my health, excercise and diet. I am 34 years old now, married with 2 kids. I started weight lifting at 17 and by 20 I was about 225 of fairly solid muscle. A year later I was in college I was a 180 pound cardio machine. After marriage at 24 I slowly started to gain weight (isn't it always the way?). I once dropped it all again...lost 60 pounds in 3 months! Now I am back up to 230 lbs. and looking to take it off and keep it off.

I have the knowledge to lose it...I require the energy, the time and motivation back. The kids keep me real busy but I won't use that an excuse. Look forward to discussions with everyone, happy training!

Welcome to the forum! Wish you the best of luck.

Have you considered starting a diet journal in the appropriate section of the forum? This can be used to impart your feelings, diet and training info, and ask questions, and alot of eyes see these so you would potentially get alot of input. I will be one of your greatest supporters!

ROCK ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
