Hi Everyone

Hi My name Is Thalia and Today is my first day of my 12 week challenge. I just stumbled on to this site today and I am so glad I did. I need to lose about 10 kgs and need all the exercise tips and motivation I can. If any one has any advice I will be happy to hear from you.
 
Welcome! I'm sure you'll find plenty of advice here, but it'll mostly be general stuff unless you ask specific questions. My general advice? Combine weight training, cardio, stretching, and a sound eating plan and you'll be able to reach your goal.
