I am new to weight lifting! I am 6'3 - 6'4 and WEIGHED (not anymore) 298lbs! I recently lost 100lbs! I am now 198 even. I want to tone up now. I need routines. I have my lower body routine down, but need help with an upper body. Thanks guys, this is a great community!
Wow - congratulations on your progress to date! 100lbs is an amazing loss. Now that your goals have changed, you will hopefully find a lot of the information here that you need to continue your success.
