It's so nice to read your post! I'm 5ft 5 and am 10 stone 3 Ibs at the moment so I could do with losing about 1 stone. The heaviest weight I have been is 10st 8Ibs. My problem is and in fact always has been that I hold weight around my tummy area. It's never been flat and I've tried so many ways to lose it, i.e. dieting, bootcamp, walking. In saying all of this I do have a big appetite but I do eat lots of healthy food and don't 'pig out' on treats. My only downfall is I do like wine and would on average have 5 glasses per per week. I have tried cutting alcohol out and this combined with walking has helped me lose about 7 Ibs but I have never managed to get under 10 stone which disheartens me. What should I do?
