I'm a 19 yo female, soon to be a junior in college. I've been studying Computer Science, but I'm switching majors to Neurobiology.
I've been struggling with binge eating and some bulimia for quite awhile. I've actually been in therapy for it, tried some antidepressants that didn't work. Had some undesired experiences with the only treatment center available to me, and I am not going to waste any time/money with people who just want to jerk me around.
I've come to realize that the only person I can rely on is myself, and that's how I'll pull through. So, no more ridiculous starving and exercising for me. The plan is to do low-carb and moderate physical activity for a reasonable loss of 1.5lbs a week.
