Hey everyone, im new here :)

I had my first baby 5 1/2 months ago, and thought i was doing great at the weight loss, until a couple months ago i seem to have plateaued.

I am 125 (im 5'2), my goal is 115. So im only 10 lbs away!! but ive been there for 2 months lol and it seems so far...its also just all fat...i think i lost all my muscle mass during my pregnacy, i mainly want to work on gaining muscle and toning and i know that will help me knock out those extra 10 lbs and get my old shape back. thanks for all ur future help :)
 
If you are breastfeeding - forget losing the last 10 until you are finished. Your body won't let it go until it doesn't need to produce milk anymore. Whatever you do, stay clear of any "diet" suppliments if you are breastfeeding. I'm certain you look fantastic and if it helps, nobody probably even notices your weight because everyone is oogling your bundle :)
Hang in there - the baby weight will disappear eventually :)
 
Welcome! And honestly.... don't sweat the 10 lbs too tough - you can get that off. At least you're not in my shoes... had a baby 13 months ago and STILL need to lose 50 lbs. So it could be much worse - count ur blessings and keep working on it :)
