Hi everyone, I am a 27 year old work-at-home mom and military wife.

I lost my fitness and nutrition priorities while we moved all over the world for the military and it is a huge priority for me to get back on track so I can feel better and be a healthy example for my little girl. I am currently 6 ft. and 239 pounds (down 15 pounds from May). I was hoping to find some support and inspiration here.

My goal is to lose 50 pounds. I love jogging, lifting weights, yoga and basketball. And I am pretty much confined to working out from home/outdoors.
 
I am a firm believer that yoga can help people loose weight. It sounds like you have a solid head on your shoulders and we'll be here to help you as we also work on our goals. :)
