I've been having issues since high school, basically, with losing weight and keeping it off. I did Atkins for 5 months in 2004 and lost about 50 pounds for my grade 12 grad, but I've definitely put it all back on and then some since that spring. I've been aimlessly going through the regular diet routine - from Atkins to Weight Watchers to Protein Power - and I've had absolutely no success with sticking to any of them long enough to get any results. My mom suggested I try and find a support group/internet forum to help me find my way through all of this with other people going through the same thing. So here I am. If I'm going by my BMI for 5'4", I have the daunting challenge of losing about 100 pounds. I'm not looking for a quick fix - I understand that those don't work. All I want is to see some success.
 
Welcome.. This is a good place for info inspiration and to make friends it seems, I am new here also. I am in same boat as you tried diet after diet. Last 2 months I been working on my new lifestyle its going well and I know it can for you to commit realize it will take time work twards your goals . GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
