I am new at this forum. I have being on a diet since sept.14 and I started with 160 at the moment I am at 133 I am still trying to get to 125. :seeya:
 
Welcome and that's great to see the weight you have already lost! Don't lose sight and you will get to that weight. We will help you.

Is this a diet or a lifestyle change? Answer honestly.

Put differently, how you're going about taking the weight of now... is it something you can see yourself doing until the end of time?
