Hi you all!
I am a 33 year old single mom to a son who is 3 years old,
I am interested in fitness and health both weight gain and weightloss
I love to see how people can change their bodies to the better and be more healthy, It could be someone who tries to gain weight and succeed,or someone
who want to lose alot of weight and succeed with that,or only sculped the body with weight training, that is really something that makes me happy!!
I also hope I can give some good advice for you and be a support
I train at home,and that works fine for me, I am trying to gain more muscles so I eat more food at the moment,the weight I gain from it, I will lose it after time
I show alot of home exercises that you can do at home if you don't go to a gym,if you want to tone up while losing weight
If you lose weight and build some muscles, you will keep the skinn tighter and also the more muscles you got the more fat you will burn
