Hi, Im Natalie From the North East of England and I guess I joined for some tips because I know nothing about loosing weight other than diet and exercise but I don't know how much, naive I know! Anyway I need to loose around 77lbs (scary thought!). I have lost weight before through Lipotrim but tbh put it all straight back on again so this time I'm determined to do it right!

So yea, I'm Natalie 23 :D

hey...welcome 2 da forum. i've only started 2 weeks ago myself so mayb wont b much help with tips i tink. i m preet 23 frm birmingham,UK hoping to loose 50lbs. from my little experience i think you should start by being aware of what you eat, basicly count your calories dependin on how quickly you want to loose this weight and how much you want loose each week, but most sites recommend not cut out more dan 500 calories out of your diet. i m sure you probably already aware that on average a person needs to eat 2000 - 2500 to maintain dere healthy weight depending on their height. you should always cut 300 - 500 calories during weightloss. Also be active like taking the stairs other dan lift, do more wrk around da house, takin walk to shops and do some type of excercise each week or 3-4 times a week again depending on how quickly you want to loose. Last ting eat healthy.

I m just keeping it realistic with my diet and excercise this time, beacause i have tried in da past doin 2 hrs at da gym 6 x week went for two weeks n den jus fallen of da wagon....so now being realistic i do 30mins excercise 2 - 3 times a day and healthy eating. Dere is one post i read on this site that person lost 50 pounds in 2 years doin only 30 mins excercise everyday and there is few posts where ppl have lost the da same amount in a year doing bit more exercise, so it all depends on you personally. The main thing with these people has been is being consistent and not to be put off cz you messed up one of the days on your diet or you didnt do you excercise one day. Be consistent. If you're a big foody like me check out the show 'cook yourself thin' (all the episodes) channel 4 website you will like itor if ur outside UK den you can acess it on youtube, really good recipies with less calories including chips cakes burger pastas jus made it bit more healthier and lighter for ppl like me i guess....lol....good luck with it...keep postin tc
