I just want to introduce myself to you all. I have read through some things on here and I am happy that I decided to become a member. I have a little bit of a weight issues, I've put on 20lbs in the past year or so but it keeps growing so I think I need to finally put an end to the gain!
I'm having a real hard time finding motivation to lose weight. I'm also a student and I work part time so I find that I have very little time to work out, although I have 2 gym memberships (one from school and one from work), on top of that I eat on the run and know very little about nutrition. I really need some help and guidance :eek:(

Does anyone have any tips for me? Anything they found worked to get them started and motivated? Nutrition advice? I'm desperate, I don't want to wake up one day and see I've gained another 20lbs....I'm already feeling the weight gain blues cause none of my clothes fit anymore.

My best advice for you on where to start is the sticky posts. Read the ones in this section and in the Nutrition section to start, then move on to the other sections from there. They provide tons of information.

I would also recommend logging your food onto a website like fitday.com. It will help you break down what kind of nutrition you're getting as well as calories in vs. calories out.
